Estimated Shipping Charges in Shopping do not match Checkout
We have recently seen an increase in shopping cart Abandonment, and we realized that it has to do with the shipping calculator in the shopping cart page.
The estimated shipping charges in the Shopping Cart page do not match the shipping charges on the Checkout page, they are 25-20% higher!
If clients calculate the shipping charges prior checking out and the shipping charges are a lot higher than what they really are, most likely they will not complete the sale.
Can someone in Netsuite advise why the shopping cart estimated charges do not match the checkout charges?
