Very disapointed on Netsuite webstore

We bought Netsuite because it has web functions with ERP. But now I find this webstore is designed for B2C not B2B.
I have bought multi-website function last year, have spend a lot of money on the design. Now we have finish it then we find we can not turn it on if Netsuite can not change the design. It's very simple for Netsuite. I am very angry and disapointed on Netsuite.
1. On webstore, if customer doesn't uncheck the " this address is also my billing address" when customer change the shipping address, the customer's billing address is changed. Our customers are distributors, not end users. They will always ask us send orders to their customers so they will always change the shipping address. But they will never change the billing address.
