Confusion surrounding item drilldown template

Perhaps I have been staring at the screen too long...

I cannot seem to set a default item drilldown template

I have created one. I can add it manually to a product.

I cannot, however, find where I can make it default for all products... Am I insane? Wait... don't answer that... Does anyone know where it goes?
