Can you do relative links within Netsuite?

Question for the web designers out there - does Netsuite have a way to do relative linking from item to item?  We're going to be running the same site through a few different domains and it would be nice to use relative links rather than have to use the full domain name.  Anyone found a way to do this?  If so, what's the syntax?
