How to display category Online Price not Base Price?

I have a category:bodyboards
(http://www.ebodyboarding.com/bodyboards)

Then I have a sub-category: bz bodyboards
(http://www.ebodyboarding.com/bodyboards/bz)

Then the Item: BZ Hubb Fundamental 42" Bodyboard
(http://www.ebodyboarding.com/bodyboards/bz/BZ-Hubb-Fundamental-42-Bodyboard)

This item is on sale but only shows as being on sale at the item level.  I want it to show on the sub-category level too.  I looked at the category layout and there is only a button that says "Show Item Prices" but it doesn't let you choose either Base Price or Online Price.  How do I get around this?
