How do I display the currency in the cart?

I'd like to have a line in our cart that reads "All donations are in Canadian Dollars".  Right now there is nothing telling potential customers that they are paying in CAD other than the fact that it is a Canadian web site.

Is it possible to add a line to the bottom of the cart?
