usually when we get an order paid for by PayPal, it gets a "pending" status and everything is automatic - PayPal has a transaction ID and when the funds clear, the order becomes fulfillable. But a few times, including today, the order seems to come thru but there's no PayPal transaction ID. A repeat customer who had this happened told me she didn't know what happened and thought she had already paid. What we have to do when we see this is thru PayPal ask for payment.
