Abandonment Report With Customer Name

Hi, is it possible to have a report that shows the name of the customer if they abandoned their basket or checkout? Obviously you would have blanks for customers who had not registered at the basket stage, but we require registration for all customers so we would at least get results for the checkout. We want to contact these customers to find out why they did not finish their order but we cant get the info to do this.
