What do you think of NetSuite's Knowledge Base tools?
If you are using NetSuite's KB, what do you think about it and its capabilities?
A consultant told me to stick with the KB tool we use now until NetSuite improves KB functionality. Some co-workers think we should use NetSuite, because management selected it; and "they wouldn't have selected a tool that didn't meet our needs." :rolleyes:
(Although they didn't ask my department about our needs .)
We were told that NetSuite's KB would allow attachments with customization, but that it doesn't allow users to:

[*]Set access rights per article
[*]Embed graphics (for troubleshooting flowcharts or screen shots)
[*]Create a glossary that adds hot links to the terms when they appear in an article
