3d secure - mastro transactions

We have just switched on 3D secure in conjunction with secpay and after some initial tweaking it seems ok.

One issue though. Basically when a customer clicks on submit an order they are directed to the 3d secure page to enter or create their password however if they abandon at this point we recieve no notification or recording of this in Netsuite. We are only aware of it if we login into our payment gateway and check for errors.

Personally i think this is an issue for us and the customer who bails the process at this point, any thoughts on this?
