Phone Sales & Marketing Data
A large portion of our orders come via the phone. We market exclusively online so these customers are finding us via Google or some other website. The problem we have is when we take the order information over the phone we lose all the marketing data. This data is crucial to making good marketing decisions. We have looked at a number of solutions but none are appealing.
