Related Items - Best Practice/Errors/Issues

edited Apr 9, 2009 9:35AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 2 comments

A few issues here:

1. We are attempting to use the related items/correlated feature on our website but have not figured out the most efficient way of doing so. It is my understanding that correlated items simply show items from purchase history while related items are manually set to display. I intend to use correlated items for the majority items on our site but for several lines, I would prefer to set which items will display. What is the best practice for doing so? It seems completely inefficient to manually edit each item?!

2. Occasionally I am prompted with an error message when manually adding the related items. Message simply reads, "An error has occurred. Click here to notify NetSuite." Any ideas/suggestions why this would be happening?

Howdy, Stranger!
