Google Base xml feed and auto submission

Is it possible to configure an xml feed of my products to Google base and have it auto submitted and a weekly basis?

If there is a way to do this I will avoid having to export to csv/manipulate data/ ftp.

Etc Etc.

If this is possible I would love it if someone could post a How-To
