Price Levels in Webstore Issue - NEED HELP!
At the moment we are having an issue with Price Levels and how it works with our online website.
Right now when a customer (who has a specific Price Level set) logs into our website, for the items that are contracted at the Price Level they see is the correct pricing. However, if they look at an item that is not setup at their contracted Price Level rather than seeing our normal Online Pricing for that item, they instead see our Base Pricing. We have duplicated this problem with multiple customers that have their own Price Levels, and it happens on every one.
