iframe online form problem

Howdy

Having a pagination issue with a form embedded through an iframe on our site.

I think I've worked out why. There is a second iframe being added in. I'm assuming that this is some sort of default NS thing and I need to know how to get rid of it.

Here is an excerpt from my Left Nav template:
