Is anyone actually using the NetSuite Product Review feature?

Been trying to make sense of it for the past few months, seems that it doesn't work at all with Apple Safari, but I'm getting used to NS not working with Safari - however I'm also have issues actually trying to get the reviews to appear at all.

Be nice to see what others are doing with it.
