Server Side Scripting?

Do we not have access to any server side scripting like ASP or PHP? I know things can be done with JavaScript but my site is starting to look like a full JavaScript run site. It not only causes problems with search engines that dont read JavaScript but it causes problems for the small percentage of users that JavaScript disabled. I would prefer knowing that the work i do is seen by all including the search engines. Please say we have access to something.
