Billing address: order of countries

Is nobody else completely bemused by this?

When a customer is filling out their address on the website, they are forced to search through the whole list of countries when almost all of our orders come from the UK.

Plus, you've got the additional point of confusion that they don't know whether they should be looking at under 'E' for England, 'G' for Great Britain, or 'U' for UK.

We really need to be able to have 'United Kingdom' at the top of the list.

(I'm not talking about available shipping countries, which are easy to edit)
