Loss of Google Ranking when switch over to NetSuite?

We have just been informed that our website will lose it's ranking on Google for at least 4 months when we redirect to our new NetSuite website. 

Can anyone suggest a definite way to avoid this?  We have suggestions and probably's, but no definite solution.  Please help!
