DNS configuration

I have read all of the provided documentation as well as all the threads I can locate on the topic and cannot find anything that helps with my situation.

When configuring nameservers as instructed by NetSuite and setting up the domain within NetSuite (also as instructed) nothing resolves.  Furthermore,
if I try to access my site via shopping/netsuite.com/owtc  it redirects to
www.oldwilmingtontea.com/owtc (which is an invalid url)

Along with this issue I also need to sort out how to handle the domain so that email is handled in a sane manner.  Ultimately I need for mail sent to
