Matrix Item Not Displaying
We added a Matrix item to our site over 24hrs ago and is still not displaying. We have ensured the category is active and displaying in website. We've cleared cached files on multiple PCs, marked the item inactive then active and even recreated the item. We've confirmed a transaction item option has been set up correctly. Please note this item was created as a copy of an existing/displaying non inventory matrix item.
We followed and confirmed the responses from Netsuite support but still have no resolution. NetSuite's response:
Regarding your concern here are some areas you can check:
- Set up > Customization > Lists - kindly check the list you are using for the Custom Item field and Custom Transaction Item Options. Make sure that the box 'Matrix Item Option' is checked.
