Quotation marks and the webstore search tool
Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a webstore item with the name "Magazines & Books"
2. Do a search for Magazines in our webstore
Result: No match
Expected Result: match
The item isn't found because it has an item name of "Magazines & Books". The simple placement of the quotation mark before the word "Magazines" makes the terms unavailable to shoppers because the NetSuite webstore search tool is so rudimentary that it can't even ignore punctuation. If a shopper would do a search for "Magazines (with the quotation mark on the left side of the word Magazines) then they'll get a match. That is the only way to get a match. How weak is that?
