Removal of Error Processing Dynamic Tag Pages

Does anyone know how to get rid of old pages, such as:

http://webstore.lexi.com/Store/Pharmacology-Books/Geriatric-Dosage-Handbook-14th-Ed

This is an item that has been discontinued and deactivated in NS, but the page is still there.  I've added this specific page to our robots.txt page, though I'm not sure if I've done it correctly:

Disallow: /Store/Pharmacology-Books/Geriatric-Dosage-Handbook-14th-Ed

I've also submitted it for removal in Google Webmaster Tools, however it's still showing up when I search for Geriatric Dosage Handbook. 

Turns out there are about 60 of these rogue pages out there, I need to delete them and get them out of Google's index so they aren't showing up as search results.
