Gone through Checkout to find All Shipping Methods Missing?

In a couple of the Netsuite accounts I've created, I've found that they work for a while, and then something happens to cause shipping methods to DISAPPEAR (so I cannot finish checking out).

I hope this isn't happening to actual customers. I thought it had something to do with the source (we have multiple web stores in Netsuite) but in this case, my account's source website appears to match the website I was logging into.

Anyone know the cause?
