Static Pages - How do I create them?

We have a NetSuite site at http://www.idsupershop.com that contains a fair amount of static pages that we host in our account. These pages are static HTML documents and need to be modified locally and uploaded to update them. This is an example page:

http://www.idsupershop.com/ID-Card-Printers.htm

Is there a way we can create static pages withing NetSuite? And modify their content there? (instead of using static HTML docs?)

The reason being, it would be helpful for our less tech/web savy employees to modify them using some sort or WYSIWYG editor. Any help is greatly appreciated.
