Cybersource PCI DSS

We have received the following email from Cybersource and need to know how to proceed.  I am assuming that Netsuite has performed one of the steps below and is compliance with PCI DSS. 

Dear Valued Merchant,

You are receiving this e-mail as a final reminder that your PCI-DSS compliance validation is required by July 30, 2010. 

If you have already provided proof of your compliance to CyberSource please disregard this notice.

If we do not receive your validation by July 30, 2010 you will be assessed a non-compliance fee of $25.00 per month effective July 30, 2010 until you do provide validation of compliance with PCI DSS.    In addition, CyberSource reserves the right to terminate your merchant account agreement if you fail to comply with PCI DSS.
