Riddle me this. Set shipping rates on certain items

Is it currently possible to do the following:

We have a few certain items that weigh alot and incur their own shipping cost. Is it possible to add this shipping cost onto an order if that item is ordered?

Possible order:

1. Certain item only ordered > 1 shipping cost

2. Certain item plus additional normal item ordered > Standard shipping cost plus the additional shipping cost for the first item (In essence double shipping cost)

We dont base our shipping costs on weight as we offer free postage on orders over £150, normally these bulky items cost more than this on their own.
