How can I redirect traffic that comes from certain IP addresses?

We just moved to a Netsuite-based website.  We are a US based company and have a deal with a distributor in another country that when users with IP addresses from that country go to our website URL we will redirect them to the distributor’s website.  We use to do this with a 3rd party product, IP2Location, when we hosted our own website and used an IIS Server. I’m looking for some way to accomplish this now that we are on NetSuite.  Thanks.
