Website losing all CSS and JS randomly!!!

Anyone else having problems with their websites? For some reason since yesterday our website randomly loses all CSS and JS files, basically all external files come up as Page Not Found. Obviously this results in the whole layout of website screwing up and unusable.

This seems to happen on any computer, Mac or PC, and on different broswers awell.
