Flash file on homepage not working

I'm hoping someone out there has encountered this before. I just tried uploading a flash file onto the homepage of a new site we're staging in Netsuite.  The file uploads just fine but doesn't show up on the homepage.  The file is 208k. I double-checked that it is a .swf file and the "display without login" is checked, by the way.   I called Netsuite support and they said it might be a defect (case 1197799 if anyone within Netsuite wants to look at it) but that doesn't sound right to me.  Has anyone on this forum come across this and
