Items added to categories do not display
Disclaimer - I am just a web developer, I was not involved in how items were set up in the NetSuite "Standard" web site implementation I'm working on.
I have a tab set up: Boxes. This tab contains a category: Pop-Up Style. This category contains items: Box1, Box2, etc.
I could not get a single item to display in the category for a while; then I realized the item was not completely set up (did not have a price, etc.) Finally I got the Box1 item to display on the category page. So I edited the Box2 item to look like Box1 and it still will not display. Is some magic chant I have to recite?
