Gift Certificates in Searches
I was running a transaction search for Cash Sales and I noticed that one of the results was for $0. When i dug into it the Cash Sales was actually for $140 but a Gift Certificate was applied to it. I dug through all of the transaction fields to see if I could get the original amount of the order before the certificate was applied to show up in my search but 'nada'.
Anyone else ever ran into this or does someone from Netsuite know how I could get that info in a saved search?
Another question entered my mind. The Sales by Sales Rep report show my sales rep getting full credit for the sale so I was wondering; would a sales rep get credit for the purchase of a gift certificate AND get credit when the gift certificate is used?
