Scriptable Cart and Checkout Issue

Hello everyone.
Our Netsuite account have Advance Site Customization as well as client/server suitescript all turned on.

When I go to website setup, i see a checkbox for Scriptable Cart and Checkout.
I am able to check the box.

However, issue is i do not see my customized online order forms (Cash Sales/Invoice) on the drop down of templates.

When I go into help, the screen says I do not have the featured turned on. But this is incorrect as well.

Any assistance?
