the related products area on our website is proving to be a pain.

It doesnt seem to have any discernable pattern as to how its working. For example, we can list 4 products as reccomended addons for a particular product, and only 3 show.

Other times, we list them and it decides to randomly substitute one of the products for something else.

Despite all the testing, i cant see a reason as to why it keeps doing this.

does anyone else have an issue with this area of the webstores functionality?
