Help Exporting Category URLs

I've search but can't seem to find a way to do this. We are working to clean up the current category URLs to make them consistent and SEO friendly. An exported list of the exact URL per category would be helpful to sort though it. Any ideas how to? I have used the saved search to export individual product URLs not no luck on categories.
