Filtering Categories

edited Apr 24, 2011 11:43AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 1 comment

I am setting up the categories for my site and ran into a problem.  I have several categories that I will use to bring up the same inventory. For example, I have a men's converse shoe that is steel toe and could be used in the hospitality industry.  Currently I have this item categories with (Converse, Men's, Steel toe, hospitality) in all separate categories (ie. I don't have a category that is Converse Men's  Steel Toe).

Is there a way to allow the end-user to filter through the categories based on my current setup.  For example: they 1st the click Men's (and it pulls up all the  inventory items categorized with Men's) then they can further filter converse and it filters the Men's inventory that came up with their 1st click  and brings up the the inventory items that were tagged with Men's and Converse....and so on.

Howdy, Stranger!
