Faceted Search...where art thou?

Does faceted search honestly not exist within Netsuite?  Is this available and I can't find it or has NS left out one of the fundamental aspects of ecommerce?

If it's not there, please share your work arounds.  I've read users implementing saved searches, but this just seems a ludicrous as the category/sub-category system.

Also, if you've used a 3rd party plug-in, do you have any recommendations?
