Netsuite continues to extract additional $$ for fixing deficiencies in its platform

edited Oct 22, 2012 1:37AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 53 comments

In a Software as a Service model, any reasonable company would understand that when they finally fix a shortcoming of their product, that the fix should be provided to all customers, increasing customer satisfaction leading to increased sales from word of mouth referrals, and increased retention of existing customers (their success is NetSuite's success).

Unfortunately, NetSuite is not such a company.

NetSuite, you just don't get it. I was excited to see that your engineers finally figured out how to get your brand name out of my customers checkout process (checkout.netsuite.com). I marvel that it took so long to figure out what others have done year ago, but nonetheless I'm grateful I can put our own company's domain name into the checkout URL with the latest 2011.1 release.

Howdy, Stranger!
