Checkout funnel Google Analytics - cross domain tracking?

We mostly use google analytics for all of our web analysis and we'd like to setup a funnel to determine where people are dropping out of the checkout process.  We use the standard checkout.netsuite.com and recently implemented the analytics code for cross domain tracking listed on suiteanswers ( https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/18992/kw/analytics/related/1)

This works well, however we want to see where in the checkout process people are leaving.  I want to setup a funnel in GA and realized that none of the checkout.netsuite urls show up in our analytics pages.  Does this mean there is no way to track this?  Is there another way in netsuite?  Any help would be appreciated.
