Maximum SSL Certificate Key Password is 20 characters

It appears the maximum password length for a SSL certificate password is 20 characters?

It this documented anywhere?

I setup a password on our key greater than 20 characters and it is not working.

I guess I get to rekey our certificate. :-(

If I am not mistaken, the maximum per OpenSSL is 511. I do not believe there is a maximim in Apache.
