Google Analytics v2012.2 not tracking Google AdWords

On April 17th, I converted our Google Analytics code from the "Traditional Google Analytics" to the newer version of Google Analytics and the Official NetSuite method.

It appears to me that if Google AdWords is set to "Auto-Tagging", then all Google PPC sales are not tracked, they are set to "Direct" instead of "PPC".

Bing works fine because I've manually tagged the URL.

Would anyone else confirm this is true?
