Buy Button Not Working From List

Our web store: http://shopping.murcal.com has had an issue for years. When the customer does a search or navigates to a list of products, the "Buy" button does nothing when clicked. In order to actually add the product to the cart, the user needs to click the item name link to see all the detail for the item. From this page, he / she can click the "Buy" button and the product is added to the cart.

We are using the standard Basic : Vertical Blocks Theme.

Any idea why this button is broken?
