What is SuiteCommerce?

Today I see a big banner advertisement for SuiteCommerce on the NetSuite site.

So, is assume that SuiteCommerce is just another name for the ignite commerce add-on ..right?  We're an existing NetSuite "ecommerce edition" subscriber.  Will we ever get any modern new web-store features that bring us up to speed or ..moving forward, will ALL overdue advancements be going to these new separate products?
