Internet Explorer error with NetSuite Secure Checkout

I've checked three sites including my own. Each of these sites has NetSuite secure checkout.

https://secure.mysite.com

What happens is that NetSuite is hard coding http://www.mysite.com/ which causes Internet Explorer 9.x to display:
"Internet Explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors."
