One Page Checkout - Adwords conversions?

Has anyone determined if using the new one-page checkout affects the ability to record conversions for Google Adwords or any other programs that rely on the order confirmation page or checkout tab (FaceBook ads, affiliate programs, etc)?

If so, is there a work-around?  Thanks!
