Can an Online Case Form send email WITH file attachments?

We want to use an online case form to allow a website user to select from a list of files they would like emailed to them. The user would enter their email and select from a list of files, then the form would send an email with the various PDF files attached.

I don't see this option available in the online form setup, but there appears to be some suitescript customization options. Can this be done with some custom code?
