How can we add to <head> on the Log-In page?

I can get to the "checkout tab".  I can get to the "shopping cart tab". In both places I can "add to head".  I can't however seem to find the tab or other location that can be used to add something to the <head> area of the "customer log-in" or "new customer register" pages.

Is it not possible?
