Charitable Donation Item on Webstore

Hi,

I am setting up a donation item on our website. I followed the suitesupport site article - "Accepting Charitable Donations".

The scriptable cart is enabled in webstore settings and I have deployed the script but it is not working.

Issue 1 - I can still see the quantity field with the item option to enter amount

Issue 2 - When the amount in entered and I click on buy button it takes me to the shopping cart but the amount is '$0' and not the amount I enter. The amount appears in item option column. This means the script is not loading. I have also customised the online sales order form and set it as default on the webstore settings. Script is deployed on the same form
