Product Q&A and item reviews

Would it be better to use a 3rd party Q&A solution or build an in-NetSuite solution?  The same question goes for item reviews. Some general NetSuite developers (like exploreconsulting) have item review solutions for hosting item reviews in NetSuite.

If 3rd party is better, which service?

Bazaarvoice is listed as having a SuiteApp/Bundle for adding ratings/reviews and product Q&A. I'm waiting for a price on that service.  "TurnTo" has a listing at suiteapp.com promoting their customer Q&A solution.

One of my biggest requirements is that we get the SEO benefit of having the additional Q&A content on our website.  We get a free Q&A service with our ResellerRatings.com membership.  Unfortunately it isn't very good and kills all SEO benefit by keep all reviews in a pop-up window hosted on their site.
