Hi all,
I have already submitted a case with support on this, but I wanted to see if any one else has experienced this...
A little background:
We are a B2B company working on moving our website to SiteBuilder from our current external site, which is not attached to NetSuite.
Some of our clients purchase regularly from our website and will continue to do so (hopefully!) when we launch our SiteBuilder site.
In our testing, we have come across this error when testing creating web accounts for some existing customers (it happens sporadically) who regularly purchase through our current website.
